First of all I’d like to take some time to thank all the parents and carers who have not only stayed in touch since Lockdown 2020 began, but who have gone out of their way to pass on messages of encouragement and support throughout this completely unprecedented time. We really do appreciate it.
Also, to our amazing staff, who have been absolutely fantastic since we re-opened to key worker children way back in early May. It seems like a lifetime ago! Thank you all very, very much.
As I’m sure you’re aware this has been a stressful and worrying time for everyone, not least for small businesses. We’re happy to say, that with a great deal of hard work and dedication, we’re still here and will hopefully still be here for many years to come.
Obviously things are not back to ‘normal’ quite yet. We have implemented all of the necessary measures to ensure we comply with Covid-19 guidelines and we will continue to monitor the situation from the Welsh and National Governments. Having said that, please rest assured that your children will continue to receive the usual care and assistance from everyone here at Princess Road.
With everything that’s going on, it’s been hard to promote our new features like this new website, the Facebook page, contactless payments and the almost complete refurbishment of the Nursery but that’s what we’ve been doing during Lockdown and beyond. The new website is far more accessible for mobiles and tablets and has a wealth of new information regarding fees and registration numbers so hopefully, if you can’t get through on the phone (and let’s face it – that phone is always engaged!) the site can provide you with some of the things you’re looking for.
